There will be one winner chosen at random from those who register for the contest and post at least one message on the forum during the month of the contest.

Requirements: You must enter your forum username, click on the "I agree to the terms" button below and write at least one post on the forum between July 1st, 2010 and July 31st, 2010, to be eligible to win the prize, (1) James Guest - Klenzd CD.

Contest restrictions: Due to costs for shipping, participation is restricted to forum members living in the continental United States. Members in Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries may participate if they assume responsibility for shipping costs. People registering for the contest must be active members in good standing on the forum. Members who have their accounts banned or deleted for any reason are not considered in good standing.

Prize: On or within one month of August 1st, 2010 a random drawing will be held to determine the winner of the prize. There is only one prize for this drawing, (1) James Guest - Klenzd CD. If the winner is determined not to be in good standing at the time of the drawing, an alternate winner will be determined. No substitutions will be made for the prize. Shipping will be paid by The Refinery Rock Radio as long as contest restrictions are met.
